Embarking on a new professional chapter, I've transitioned from the role of a Scrum Master to become an Agile Delivery Manager. With a proven track record, I have actively contributed to leading and organising workshops for our newly restructured teams, optimising team collaboration, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

Proficient in facilitating workshops, fostering inclusive environments, and navigating challenges with a growth mindset. My approach is characterised by cultivating a culture of ongoing improvement.
